At Kotak Mahindra Bank, I’ve designed across diverse verticals including credit cards, savings accounts, UPI, Forex, and CBDC. I helped reduce the drop-off rate in credit card bill payments from 60.6% to 31.2%, and optimized the UPI payment journey to just ~4–5 seconds for returning users.
Contributed to the design system to drive consistency and scalability across platforms. Created high-fidelity prototypes, motion graphics, and 3D icons.
